This project at Twin Heart Residences, Roxas City showcases KAHA Modular Construction Corporation's approach to transforming a bare condominium unit into a refined, hotel-inspired living space—where design, function, and experience are carefully aligned.

Starting from a bare unit, our team developed the design from the ground up. Through careful space planning, hand sketches, and detailed coordination, we envisioned a space that delivers the comfort and elegance of a boutique hotel while remaining practical for everyday living or short-term stays.

Every design decision was guided by one principle: a well-designed space should feel effortless to use and calming to experience.

The interior concept focused on clean lines, warm neutral tones, and layered lighting to create a sense of openness and sophistication. Custom-built furniture was strategically integrated to maximize storage while maintaining a seamless, uncluttered look.

Key features include a custom bed and headboard with integrated ambient lighting, built-in cabinetry designed to blend with the architectural elements, a multifunctional desk and vanity area suited for work or leisure, soft indirect lighting to enhance comfort and spatial depth, and a compact yet fully functional kitchenette optimized for daily use.

Each element was designed with intention—balancing aesthetics, durability, and usability. The completed unit delivers a hotel-feel environment within a compact residential footprint.

The space feels welcoming, calm, and thoughtfully curated—demonstrating that quality design is not defined by size, but by planning and execution. This project reflects KAHA's commitment to creating interiors that are not only visually appealing, but also livable, efficient, and enduring.
