Where It All Began
Kaha Modular started with a passion for craftsmanship. What began as Ar Ken’s love for cabinetry quickly evolved into a bigger vision when Jofil and Tristan joined forces in 2023. Together, they opened a humble fabrication shop, dedicated to creating high-quality modular furniture.
The first few months were challenging, but a turning point came when the team had the opportunity to collaborate with one of Iloilo’s most prestigious architectural firms—a company known for its innovative residential and commercial projects, including breathtaking spa and resort designs. This experience elevated their craft and inspired them to push their boundaries even further.
Expanding the Vision
One year after its inception, Ar Ken secured his first major client, marking a new chapter for the team. What started as a passion project soon transformed into a full-fledged corporation, giving birth to Kaha Modular Construction Corporation.
With this growth came a bold decision—to expand beyond furniture customization and offer comprehensive design and construction services. Today, Kaha Modular specializes in: Architectural Design, Interior Design, Construction & Renovation, Furniture Customization.

Jofil Daños
Visionary
Jof combines his background in healthcare with design, bringing empathy and precision to every project. His sales experiences and practiced insight into the client’s needs allow the team to create spaces that enhance both aesthetics and well-being. The journey was driven by a passion to help people lead more fulfilling lives, and he’s elevated that mission by pursuing a post-graduate diploma in interior design in Europe.
Ken Daryl Daños
Architect
Archi Ken’s architectural expertise forms the backbone of KAHA Modular’s design philosophy. He balances creative vision with structural efficiency, transforming properties into beautiful, functional spaces. Ken’s designs do more than enhance homes — he transforms them, creating spaces that enrich the lives of its inhabitants.
Tristan Daños
Operations Lead
Tristan takes the lead in operation and administration, ensuring seamless project management and a stress-free experience for clients. His dedication connects the creative vision with practical execution. He guarantees that every Kaha Modular experience allows clients to enjoy their transformed space to the fullest.
