This project at Sitio Uno, Roxas City is a full interior fit-out that reflects KAHA Modular Construction Corporations commitment to precision, restraint, and functional elegance within a compact condominium space. Designed and executed from bare to fully finished, the unit was shaped by the clients vision for a calm, modern home and KAHAs design-driven approach to translating that vision into a cohesive, highly livable interior.

The clients brief centered on creating a modern, minimalist space that feels warm, uncluttered, and comfortable for everyday living. In response, KAHA developed a design focused on spatial efficiency, custom-built solutions, and material consistency to ensure every element works harmoniously within the units limited footprint.

Rather than relying on decorative excess, the design emphasizes clean lines, soft textures, and subtle architectural details that support both function and visual balance.

The living area was thoughtfully composed to balance comfort, proportion, and visual calm, directly reflecting the clients preference for a relaxed yet refined environment. A custom-built sofa was designed specifically for the space, providing generous seating while preserving clear circulation and spatial flow.

This is complemented by a vertical wood slat accent wall that introduces rhythm and texture, adding architectural interest without overwhelming the room. A soft, neutral color palette layered with warm wood finishes reinforces a timeless and inviting atmosphere, while sheer window treatments allow natural light to filter through and maintain privacy.

The kitchen was conceived as a natural extension of the living space, aligning with the clients request for a layout that feels open and visually connected. Custom cabinetry with clean, minimalist profiles was designed to maintain a calm and uncluttered appearance. A quartz countertop paired with a full-height backsplash provides durability and ease of maintenance, supporting the clients practical requirements while maintaining a refined aesthetic.
