The objective was to redesign the kitchen into a space that feels clean, efficient, and cohesive with the rest of the home. KAHA approached the project with a strong focus on layout optimization, material balance, and precision detailing, ensuring that every element serves a purpose while contributing to a polished overall look.
The kitchen was reconfigured into a practical L-shaped layout, improving workflow and maximizing counter space. Custom cabinetry was designed to provide ample storage while maintaining a sleek, uninterrupted façade.
Key design features include custom-built upper and base cabinets with clean, handle-less detailing, durable granite countertops selected for both performance and visual depth, a wood-accented kitchen counter with fluted panel detailing to add warmth and texture, integrated soft-close hardware for smooth, quiet operation, and a streamlined backsplash and lighting scheme to enhance clarity and brightness.
Material selection was carefully balanced—combining neutral tones with warm wood accents to create a kitchen that feels modern yet inviting.
The completed kitchen is functional, refined, and thoughtfully executed. It supports daily cooking and entertaining while maintaining a clean architectural presence within the home. The renovation demonstrates how proper planning, custom fabrication, and disciplined execution can significantly improve both usability and aesthetics.
